Having worked in the property industry for many years, in roles ranging from Negotiator, to Sales Progressor, Valuer and Domestic Energy Assessor, we realised that estate agents, landlords and private sellers could all benefit from a dedicated property service/marketing enhancement provider.
Estate Agents are increasingly busy, often fulfilling many job roles, and most private sellers/landlords simply do not have the time/expertise required to ensure their property is marketed effectively.
Trademark was founded not only to alleviate these issues, but also to ensure the quality of marketing materials in our area go above and beyond what is expected.
To ensure we can keep this promise, we've invested in top of the range equipment and technology to allow us to capture a property beyond what is usually offered.
